Employ Refugees

Seeking Employment Partners

Indiana employers interested in hiring refugees, asylees or individuals with humanitarian parole can be assured that these individuals require no sponsorship, are fully authorized by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to work in the U.S., and are eligible for any position not requiring U.S. Citizenship.

Refugees are recognized for their strong work ethic and commitment to becoming self-sufficient. Refugees also contribute their diverse vocational backgrounds and expertise to the workplace

We work with Indiana employers to provide them with:

  • Education on the value of hiring refugees
  • Pre-screening of applicants
  • Assistance during the hiring process
  • Interpreters for training or orientation
  • On-site follow-up
